PERMISSION TO USE & DISPLAY USER-GENERATED CONTENT
I/We allow Gambit Technologies Inc. (the “Company”), the owner of Stackable – Page Builder Gutenberg Blocks (“Stackable”), to use and display content that I/we have produced and generated, and which –
1. I/we have voluntarily submitted to the Company, or
2. was identified by the Company for which it has requested permission to use and display. (“User-Generated Content”).
The Company may use and display my/our User-Generated Content only for the purpose of participating in the showcase of websites that use Stackable, case studies, and related marketing, social media and other similar efforts.
The permission to use and display is granted without need for any payment, compensation or any other obligation on the part of the Company. The permission is also extended to employees, agents, contractors and service providers that may be authorized by or act on behalf of the Company.
I/we reserve the right to withdraw the permission granted by providing written notice to the Company through email.
USER REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
I/We hereby agree, represent and warrant that:
1. I/we am/are solely responsible for my/our User-Generated Content;
2. I/we own all rights to my/our User-Generated Content and/or have obtained appropriate rights and permissions User Content;
4. The User-Generated Content is legitimate and not libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or offensive or otherwise unlawful.
I/We hereby release, discharge and agree to hold the Company, and any person acting on their behalf, free and harmless from any liability related in any way to the User-Generated Content.
CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
The User-Generated Content is non-confidential, and I/we consent to the collection of any personal information for the use and display of my/our User-Generated Content solely for the purpose stated above. I/we grant the Company the right to use my/our username, real name, image, likeness, personal descriptions, location or other identifying information in connection with the use and display of the User-Generated Content.
I/we reserve the right to request for the list of any information collected, disallow the use, or require removal of any personally identifiable information by providing notice to the Company through email.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I/We acknowledge that I/we do not acquire any ownership or other rights in any intellectual property, proprietary information and any materials of the Company including any of its websites, properties, accounts, pages or any other assets, software or services.
I/we acknowledge that I/we continue to be the owner/s and/or have primary control, possessory and usage rights over the User-Generated Content.
The Company may be contacted and given written notice through firstname.lastname@example.org.
