This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from the Website or from the plugin settings area and use our products and other assets. If there are any terms in this privacy policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue using Stackable products, services and related assets.

In order to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing offers and services to you and update our records, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, as well as from other third parties, like our licensing partner and distributor, Freemius. This information includes mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (or user behavior data), IP addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs and custom profiles, for purposes of user account management and targeted advertising and event promotion.

Information for Check Out, Purchases and Licensing

We sell our products and services using Freemius secure checkout, which enables secure online payments, licensing, fulfillment, and more. The service automatically adds cookies when a user opens the checkout. Those are essential cookies for security, fraud detection & prevention, and completion of a purchase. There’s no way to check out without letting the service use cookies.

For purchases made other than through the Website, we also use Freemius for user accounts management and licensing.
