How long is the free trial?

The free trial lasts for 30 days, giving you full access to all premium features.

How do I get my free trial?

You’ll receive an email with your license key and a .zip file of the plugin. Follow the instructions in the email to install and activate your free trial.

What happens when my free trial ends?

When your free trial ends, the blocks will remain on the website you used them on and all your designs will remain intact. However, you will no longer have access to premium features such as Motion Effects, Dynamic Content, Conditional Display, etc.

How do I upgrade my Free Trial to Stackable Premium?

You can upgrade to one of the paid Stackable Premium plans by purchasing your preferred plan through the pricing page, then inputting your Free Trial license key. See our documentation for the specific steps.

If I purchase Stackable Premium, will I get a new license key or can I continue to use the license key from the free trial?

Yes, you can receive a new license key if you decide to purchase a new plan. The trial license will no longer be valid, so you’ll need to replace it with your newly purchased license key to continue using premium features.

Can I cancel my free trial before it ends?

Yes, there’s no obligation to continue. If you don’t upgrade, your trial will simply expire after 30 days—no action needed.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to start the free trial?

No, a credit card is not required to start the free trial. Since you visited our booth at WordCamp Asia and signed up for the free trial, you can access all premium features without any payment information.

Can I extend my free trial?

The Free Trial is only for a maximum 30 days. Should you wish to continue enjoying Stackable Premium, you will need to purchase your preferred plan.

Will my website break if my trial expires?

No, your website will remain intact, and your design and content will stay; however, you will no longer have access to premium updates and premium support.

Free Trial Terms & Conditions

Stackable – Website Builder for WordPress (“Stackable”) and all related assets including the websites wpstackable.com are owned and operated by Gambit Technologies Inc. (“Gambit” or the “Company”), a corporation registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Access to Stackable under the Free Trial

Your free trial will grant free access to Stackable Premium for 30 days for one (1) site, which will allow the user access to premium features, updates and customer support (”Free Trial”).

At the end of the Free Trial period, the website created with Stackable Premium will not be affected by the expiration of the Free Trial license; however, you will no longer be able to update the premium plugin, receive premium support and other premium benefits.

Freemius, Inc. (”Freemius”) is the merchant of record for Stackable. Freemius also provides services for the management of user accounts, generation and management of license keys, secure checkout for purchases made through our website, among other services. The creation of your Free Trial account and license key will likewise be done through Freemius.

Account Access

As a Free Trial user, a user account will be created for you, which may be accessed through wpstackable.com. You will be responsible for any activity relating to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use or breaches in security, you must notify Gambit as soon as possible.

To ensure that our services and confidential information remain secure, you are required to use a strong password and to make sure that account details are kept safe.

You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account details with any third parties.

Plugin License and Intellectual Property

The Stackable code base is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

For the Stackable Premium Free Trial, a license key is required to unlock the benefits of the Free Trial. The ownership over the license key remains with Gambit / Freemius, Inc., as may be applicable. The use of the license key will be allowed for only one (1) site under the Free Trial. The license key may be used on your own website or client websites (i.e. clients for whom you are building a site), but may not be used for any type of managed hosting or to provide for or as a part of any other service. Sharing a license key with any other party is not permitted.

“Stackable” is a registered trademark and may not be used without the express written consent from Gambit. Graphics, designs, videos and other media produced by the Company, whether used in connection with the plugin or any other assets, remain to be proprietary.

Premium Plans, Pricing and Refund Policy

Stackable Premium is available for purchase based on the prices and pricing tiers published and accepted on our website.

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions, inclusions and features of any Stackable Premium plan, together with the prices and pricing tiers available.

We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to 14 days after the date Stackable Premium was first purchased. Once a refund is processed and granted, you relinquish any right to use Stackable and the licenses granted to you and which are covered by the refund.

Authorized Use

Stackable, whether the free or the premium version, including versions under the Free Trial, must only be used for lawful and fair purposes. Stackable must not be used to abuse or threaten others or otherwise violate any person’s legal rights, to violate any intellectual property rights, to perpetrate any fraud or otherwise pursue illegal or unlawful activities. Stackable must be used fairly and pursuant to sound business practices.

We reserve the right to cancel your license, block your user account and pursue any other lawful recourse available if we believe that you have violated or are attempting to violate these Terms & Conditions or are abusing your license or our products or business in any way.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Stackable is made available on an “as is” basis and we do not provide any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

Stackable is tested and updated to be compatible with the latest version of WordPress. However, we cannot guarantee that the latest version of Stackable will remain compatible with previous versions of WordPress. Further, we cannot guarantee that previous versions of Stackable will be compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

While we also undertake to test Stackable for performance alongside third party and other plugins and modern web browsers (such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox), we cannot guarantee full and complete compatibility with these plugins and browsers. Stackable is not offering support for Internet Explorer.

In no event shall the Company or its officers or employees be held liable for lost profits or any actual, special, incidental or consequential or other damages (however arising, including through negligence) arising out of or in connection with the use of Stackable or any other Gambit products or services.

Neither shall the Company or its officers or employees be held liable for any liability to any third party for any actual, special, incidental or consequential or other damages (however arising, including through negligence) arising out of or in connection with the use of Stackable or any other Gambit products or services.

Miscellaneous

If any court of law having the jurisdiction to decide on these matters rules that any provision of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, then that provision will be removed without affecting the rest of the Terms and Conditions.

Any suit or proceeding of any nature, can be brought, heard and decided exclusively by courts in Quezon City, Philippines, and these Terms and Conditions and its application will be subject to Philippine laws.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions through notice, whether by posting on one of its websites or any other means, verbal, written or electronic, and without need for the consent of any other person or party.
